Shrouded in the accomplishments of his older brother, the esteemed general Commodus, and often shunned by the late Emperor Nero, Basillius was a character on the verge of both sanity and delusion. The writers masterfully allowed the reader to delve into the machinations of the Roman Imperial political machine while also allowing the reader to experience the shame and ultimate symbolism of Basillius's nipple ring necklace.
Basillius also has a sort of "ancient strip club" where he organizes gladiator tournaments.
Biography
Basillius is the son of Emperor Nero, who gave him command over the political affairs in Britain.
Later in the game, Marius kills Basillius after he gave him the passport to the Colosseum.
Notes
Basillius is also an artist. He sculpted a statue of his father, Nero, that can cry white wine from the eyes. Apparently, it can also cry any other liquid.
